Child Action Group (CAG) aids Colombia’s most vulnerable orphans and abandoned children to become independent adults in Pereira (Colombia).
We provide a safe home , and provide for them while they grow. These children are usually at risk of drug addiction, prostitution or even death.

We believe that ‘love conquers all’ (In latin ‘Amor Vincit Omnia’) and it is with love that we do these things to support our children in need:
FUNDRAISING
We carry out various fundraising events such as community picnics, bingo, skydiving to raise money.
RAISING AWARENESS
Through these events, we raise awareness about the risks and dangers that these vulnerable children face growing up in Colombia, for example: abandonment, prostitution, drug abuse, etc.

It’s not just an orphanage but a place where the children can feel loved. Despite being in need of many material things, it is a clean and decent place, where more than 70 boys and girls can live their childhood protected from violence and rejection. Rubiela,with her work she hopes to break the chain of hatred which generates more hatred and violence in her country. We are determined to help Child Action Group because we believe in this project and we know that it is in good hands. We hope that many more people will join the project and form links of solidarity in order to give these children the life that they deserve.
When I saw the project I felt in love with it and immediately wanted to get involved. I told my friends, and we immediately organised events to raise money to help with some of the most urgent needs of the children and to enable the project to maintain between 70 and 80 children. With the only aim to create a better future for all the children.
